- Represented NAWEC in the review and negotiations of the finance and project agreements for the Gambia Electricity Restoration and Modernization Project (World Bank).
- Represented NAWEC in the review and negotiations of the finance and project agreements for the Gambia Renewable Energy Project (EU/EIB).
- Represented NAWEC in the review and negotiations of the sub-lease agreement for the 10 MW Solar Plant Project with Emerging Power Limited.
- Represented NAWEC in the review and negotiations for the 250kW Solar Plant Power Purchase Agreement at the Sulayman Jungkung Hospital in Bwiam, The Gambia with Power up Limited.
- Represented NAWEC in the review of the project documents for the Electricity Expansion and Rehabilitation Project in the Greater Banjul Area (EXIM Bank of India).
- Represented NAWEC in the review of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract for the Brikama Power Plant Project (2 x 9.170MW HFO Fired Power Plant) (Islamic Development Bank).
- Represented NAWEC in the review and negotiations of the 30MW Power Purchase Agreement with Karpower Company. Also reviewed the agreement assigning and novating the PPA to Karadeniz Powership Kora Bey Company (HFO).
- Represented NAWEC in the review and negotiations of the contract for the emergency procurement and supply of power plant spare parts under the ECOWAS Emergency Electric Power Supply Program for the Republic of The Gambia. (ECOWAS)
- Represented NAWEC in the review of OMVG (Gambia River Basin Development Organization) Energy Project documents.
- Represented NAWEC in the review and negotiations of the Operation & Management (O&M) Contract with Wartsila for the 8.924MW generator set at Brikama Power Plant.
- Represented NAWEC in the drafting of the legal instruments for the Comprehensive Financial Recovery Strategy of NAWEC (World Bank funded);
- Currently executing a consultancy services as a legal/institutional specialist for the Development and Design of a Non- Revenue Water (NRW) Reduction Plan” for NAWEC under a World Bank sponsored Project;
- Executed a consultancy with the Government of the Gambia as the legal and grievance redress specialist for the Gambia Fiscal Management Development Project, a World Bank/IDA project being implemented by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs. The overall project objective was to increase fiscal space and improve effectiveness of public resource management.
